To all our activities the following conditions apply:

1) International road transport: CMR conditions.
2) National and International road transport if and when CMR conditions do not provide for this: the General transportconditions 2002, latest version (AVC). AVC conditions.
3) All other activities, including expedition activities: de Dutch expeditional terms from the Dutch organisation for Expedition and Logistics, latest version. FENEX conditions.
